Our policy ensures that no accidental purchases are made and helps when users are unable to apply custom DNS servers on their network (which can happen if an internet router or the ISP overrides any custom DNS settings).

Refunds beyond the 30-day purchase will be considered at the discretion of playmoTV, if reasonable attempts were made to contact playmoTV to resolve the issue. In cases like these, playmoTV may provider the subscriber with a pro-rata refund of service fees paid during the period when the service was not available or usable.
