What is Paramount Plus?
CBS is one of biggest major television networks in the US (if not the biggest) and is part of the so-called “Big Three” along with ABC and NBC). Some of the most popular TV shows in the US are aired on CBS, which is available on Paramount Plus.
You can stream some shows from CBS for free on CBS.com, usually 4-5 episodes in each series. These are shows like NCIS, Criminal Minds, Survivor, Elementary, Blue Bloods and MacGyver to name a few.
Their entire TV catalog CBS catalog is also available via Paramount Plus, which is their premium subscription service. We recommend signing up for the service via a US iTunes account, but they also allow signups directly with a credit card, but we haven’t tested it.

If you’re not a playmoTV user then you need to do the following (existing users that are linked can go to step 3):
- Sign up for a playmoTV account (takes less than a minute if you sign up via Facebook)
- Link your computer or device to the playmoTV gateway so we can help you access Paramount Plus.
- Sign up for a Paramount Plus account, and start streaming via their app or website.
